The airport shuttle was definitely convenient. I found it easy to locate, and the welcome was very warm. My room was large and comfortable, perfect. The rooftop pool area was also very nice and relaxing.

My room included air conditioning and soundproofing, GREAT for sleeping near an airport. I found a king-sized bed inside. blackout curtains that REALLY darkened the room. Free bottled water was also provided.

The airport shuttle service worked efficiently. I found the staff to be professional and helpful. The gym instructor, John, offered excellent guidance (very supportive throughout my workout). The hotel provides very clean rooms with modern amenities.

dirty bathroom door malfunction

the stringent security at the gate was acceptable.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned, a serious oversight. the door swipe card malfunctioned repeatedly. It failed to work eight times. this inconvenience is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

free airport transfers were seamless the food options were broad and all delicious.

the bar on the roof was noisy and busy with only one bartender who did not have what he needed to bring us a diet coke i ordered service was very slow

The airport shuttle was prompt. I also found the gym facilities to be super clean with well-kept equipment. Every session was comfortable. The gym instructor was supportive during my fitness journey.

The room service was slow. It took over 30 minutes to receive ice. The tea tray was disappointing as well.
