The hotel had a convenient location close to the airport, with a lovely and relaxing atmosphere in a pretty lobby. The rooms were dated and in need of cleaning and updating, with noticeable cigarette smoke smell. The service was prompt but overly persistent on the day of checkout. The dining experience was good but had issues with air conditioning. Overall, the stay was satisfactory but could use improvements in room conditions and service etiquette.

The rooms were very dated and in dire need of cleaning and updating. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and we noticed a large wet spot in front of the bathroom door on the morning of checkout.

Despite some dust across the hall, my room at the hotel was old with dented beds, and a noisy toilet. However, the hotel staff were super friendly and even offered a free microwave for my room. The outdoor area was beautiful with plenty of relaxation spots. The location was convenient for travelers, though the area was littered from the previous night. The dining experience left much to be desired due to excessive pricing, but one positive note was the complimentary breakfast offered after a front desk mix-up. Overall, the facilities were less than desirable.
