My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were small and a bit worn, but they could use some sprucing up with new decorations. Unfortunately, I encountered issues like a broken bed, roaches, and spiders. On the bright side, the service was welcoming, although there were some lapses in customer service skills. The location near the airport with shuttle service was convenient, but the room's proximity to a communal smoking area made me feel uneasy. The dining experience was lackluster, with limited breakfast options, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The Runway Inn had some drawbacks like rooms needing renovations and more cleanliness, lack of outlets except in the bathroom, and feeling dark with no natural light. However, the proximity to the airport was convenient, and it was close to local transit and a store. The dining experience left much to be desired with poor food options, but the service was friendly and accommodating.
