I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms in the wing facing the 44th Street are in pretty decent shape, but they were too small to easily maneuver around in a wheelchair, which I use inside. The service was great overall, very nice, but there were issues with dirty room service trays left unattended and no restocking of coffee/tea. The location has its ups and downs; it is great if you need to be close to the airport, and the surroundings are beautiful and relaxing once inside, but the exterior seemed sketchy, and the facility looked old. The dining experience offered cooked-to-order options but was limited to a continental breakfast. The hotel does not have kids channels and Hispanic channels, and the cost of breakfast was a concern. Overall, it was a mix of positive and negative aspects during my stay.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were really nice with very comfortable beds, and the service was top-notch. The location was convenient, though there were some sketchy areas around. The dining experience was good, but there were some minor hiccups. Overall, a great value for money.
