My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was very convenient, close to the airport, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the rooms were in need of updating and had a strong smell of cigarettes. The dining experience was pleasant, with a microwave and coffee pot in the room.

The hotel has its pros and cons. The rooms had an awful smell to them and were quite small for the price, but we booked a unit in less than five minutes. The service was good until the morning when the manager inadvertently locked the van. Most of the staff were courteous, but the Saturday evening check-in counter boy was an exception. The location is not the best as it's a bit far from any stores or restaurants, although it was close to everything we needed in Phoenix. The dining experience was a mixed bag with limited options. However, the breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Overall, the facilities were decent with some room for improvement.

The hotel was spacious and clean, offering a great size room that felt open and spacious, making our stay on our way back from Mexico very comfortable. However, be prepared for a bit of noise being very near the Sky Harbor Airport.
