dated facilities, not the best stay

The bathroom looked quite old, showing its age. i also found that the electric kettle came with tea and milk, but there weren't any cups or cutleries provided. it was frustrating that trying to use the intercom to call reception was pointless as no one ever picked up. I always had to walk down. the gym was also disappointing. Most of the equipment was out of order.

I found the room not very clean. The carpet looked old and there were some stains. the bathroom wasn't well kept, so I am disapppointed with it. I also had problems connecting to the WiFi. It kept disconnecting and was too slow for any kind of work.

The complimentary airport drop off was helpful. Breakfast included many options in the buffet. The gym had good facilities available to guests

The rooms are old and the bathrooms are filty. Too much mould in the bathrooms. They need to make drastic changes to their shower cubicles. This is not our first experience.
