the staff were kind. the shuttle bus was helpful because crooks operate around the airport.
the room was stuffy. seemingly the room had not been aired. attention needs to be paid to cleaning mildew at the base of the shower glass. the bathroom door did not close properly. the air condition had not been serviced at all.

I received such warm reception from the staff from the airport to this home away from home. Settlement was fast, and it made for a lovely return. I especially appreciated the smiles and helpful attitude of everyone there. I loved the cleanliness. It was quite a good experience.
The water pressure in the shower was low during a period, so I had to wait for a while. The hot water was a little too hot sometimes. I hope the hotel addresses this to enhance the comfort of future visits. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

The complimentary airport shuttle was quite punctual, operating frequently. ms. esinu from guest relations proved helpful. She assisted with directions and provided useful information. i found the swimming pool clean and well-kept. the breakfast offered ample choices, satisfying my needs before a long day.
the bathroom door in my room did not close properly. this was a minor inconvenience but should be addressed.

i found the staff friendly and helpful i appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from the airport the room was also quite nice i would consider staying there again. i also got an unexpected treat sent to my room it was a nice touch. overall the experience was good and the hotel met my needs.
the toilet seat in my room was a little wobbly it was a minor issue but noticeable.
