The hotel has a beautiful location with an outside pool, but it's a bit far from downtown, requiring an Uber to get there. The service was exceptional with everything new and fresh, provided by helpful staff. The dining experience was OK overall, but there was an issue with a 2 am alarm disturbing guests. The rooms were supposed to be vouchered, but there was some confusion. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay because of the absolute wonderful service and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the airport and Grand Ole Opry, but not ideal for exploring. The room was initially disappointing, being a conference room with a Murphy bed, but it was upgraded to a junior suite after the first night. The service was truly exceptional, with a friendly, helpful, and polite staff, including a timely response from the room manager. The dining options were limited, with only a Waffle House nearby, and the price for parking on top of the already high room rate was not the best value for money.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the food was really good. However, they seemed worn and had some hair and stains. The service was friendly and professional. The location was pretty nice, although not very close to the airport. The dining experience was not impressive. The facilities were satisfactory.
