the proximity to the airport really helped my travel plans. i arrived late and found food downstairs even at 1 am, it was super convenient! the free shuttle to and from the airport was punctual and efficient. the staff was professional and very helpful during my brief stay.

the in-room kettle didn't work correctly, and i had to call maintenance to get it replaced, though it was a bit annoying.

The hotel staff showed great professionalism, attending to my requests promptly. They made sure my late check-in process was smooth. additionally the airport shuttle service ran efficiently, a real benefit!

I found the staff VERY courteous and friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner were well-stocked with many choices. A convenient shuttle provided transport to and from the airport. This was a HUGE plus for me. I received a complimentary upgrade to my room, and it was clean and tidy.

The room decor felt a little dated. The hotel COULD use some updating.

The staff offered prompt assistance with luggage and check-in. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily and toiletries were replenished. Airport shuttle service ran every half hour, even during off-peak times.
