this hotel is HUGE, right in the airport! checking in early was super smooth, and they were really nice about it. i got free still water, a mini fridge, and a nescafe coffee machine in my room. the lobby starbucks gave me a free coffee at check in!
Getting to terminal 1 was a bit of a trek. It involved a walk, inter-terminal train, and another walk to reach check-in.

the room was comfortable, and the bed provided a restful sleep. the location connected directly to terminal 1 made catching my early flight so easy.
the check-in line was long, and only one person served, causing a delay. the room had inadequate ventilation, and the thermostat did not regulate the temperature well enough.

I appreciated the location directly in the airport terminal. This makes arrival late easy. The staff was friendly and helpful with baggage. Breakfast included a fantastic variety of options. the short walk to the airline counter greatly helped.
The pricing at the snack bar did seem somewhat high for what you get.
