really good stay near the airport!

I found the parking facilities very handy as i was on business. liesl in the lounge was friendly and cute. It really made a difference. the bar area and the upstairs lounge were also good. The hotel maintained a warm and inviting atmosphere after my late flight arrival, it was so appreciated.

i noticed a very slight smell of cleaning material in some areas of the hotel.

this hotel has a great location near the airport which is so convenient for travel plans. a bus stop located just around the corner provides easy access to the city. plus, there's a park across the street offering a spot for relaxation.

I found the breakfast buffet amazing and delicious!!! dinner in the restaurant was also delicious, i really enjoyed it. the breakfast offered substantial options which was great. Asking for an omelette, i received a perfect omelette cooked to perfection.

friendly staff cleanliness great lounge water station

the front desk staff was very nice! i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. the lounge was great, and i enjoyed the drinks and afternoon snacks there. the sparkling water station on each level was a nice touch!

i noticed parking has an additional fee.

Really good Airport Hotel Experience

clean room comfortable bed complimentary hot chocolate spacious bath

I found my room to be clean. The bed provided great comfort. I noticed the complimentary hot chocolate. nice coffee. My daughter particularly enjoyed the spacious bath tub.

The gym had limited hours , , made it difficult to use some days.

constant door slamming non-functional climate control

the free shuttle to the airport was very handy.

The room was quite noisy. I heard constant door slamming and loud noises from other guests. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work correctly. i expected better soundproofing and a functional climate control system, especially for the price.

stained carpet squeaky bed

the free airport shuttle worked fine, i must say.

i booked a standard room, and it was far from standard. the carpet had this good stain i tried to ignore, but the sad, squeaky bed kept me awake all night. also, the mini-fridge hummed loudly, like a tiny, angry robot wanted out.
