The hotel was like a comforting embrace before our early flight. It eased the travel anxieties. a friendly welcome and a clean, comfortable room were exactly what we needed. the availability of breakfast early meant no compromise on morning rituals. the bus to the airport was quick and easy costing only £2.50.

I have used Holiday Inns previously. this hotel felt very dated. the food options seemed LIMITED. my burger was on a bed of wilted lettuce. It looked unappetising.

The staff was amazing! I got free bus tickets, which helped a lot. The lady at check-in arranged food even though the kitchen was almost closed. That was really thoughtful.

The water in the bathroom sink wasn't very warm.

the hotel had thin walls. i heard noise from the next door room. there was a one-inch gap underneath the interconnecting door.

airport shuttle good breakfast comfy bed airport noise runway view poor sleep

the shuttle to and from the airport worked very well. breakfast was easy to get. the bed was comfy and the shower was good. the hotel was clean.

the noise from outside was noticeable. i was facing the runway. the noise stopped at midnight and started at 5am. i didn't sleep well.
