the airport shuttle service was punctual and reliable.
The room lacked expected amenities. Specifically, there was no mini-fridge provided. i requested a fridge, even an empty one, but this request was denied. the absence of a fridge was inconvenient and fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the free shuttle bus from the airport was very useful. easy self check in simplified the arrival process. the room was very comfy and tidy. robert provided really good service at breakfast, and i appreciated his attentiveness.
the hotel lacked a fridge in the room, a slight inconvenience.

The room was a great size. the restaurant had good food and a comfortable atmosphere. the airport shuttle arrived quickly. It made getting to the airport for my early flight easier.
My room was quite far from the elevator. this made carrying my luggage a bit difficult. the signage to my room was not clear. I got lost at first. i found that the toiletries in the bathroom was minimal.
