buttery croissant excellent job
the breakfast was great (especially the croissants!). it had a high quality and plentiful selection. the chambermaid did an excellent job every day and kept everything fresh.

A place NEAR the airport
early check-in great convenience
the staff, Olivia, offered us early check in. this generous act allowed us to settle sooner. i appreciated the e. v. charging right next to the hotel. this provided great convenience for electric vehicle owners. the location is really close to london heathrow airport. this made our travel smoother.

convenient and quiet airport stay
fresh linens convenient area
i found the room spacious enough for three suitcases and a work desk, so it was pretty handy. the bed linens were fresh and clean, thankfully avoiding strong detergents. thick walls and double windows kept the room super quiet with the windows closed. i really liked the convenience of the downstairs areawith sandwiches and juices.
I noticed there was no complimentary water in the room, even though there was a kettle. it felt a little cheap to be directed to tap water in the bathroom. It's not the most hygienic option. i think providing bottled water would improve the experience.

The restaurant offers chicken wings. the ambiance works for quick bites, cocktails, or meals. i did notice the dining area needed a little tidying. Some tables had uncleared plates.

The hotel provides speedy lifts, a definite plus when you are in a hurry. Getting to your room is very quick. the shuttle bus service to the terminals is also efficient, so airport access is simple. the reception staff seemed disinterested though.

the standard double room i stayed in included fresh bed linens. thick walls kept out noise, so i slept well. the windows are double glazed. this made it a quiet room, despite the airport location.

wide variety comfortable bar area helpful staff clean room
the breakfast had a wide variety of options and the evening meal at the restaurant was also very good. the bar area was comfortable, with plenty of seating. the staff were helpful, and sanjeev, the bar and restaurant manager, was particularly accommodating. the room was clean and well-equipped.
there were no phones in the rooms to call for help or ask questions, inconvenient.

the hotel has a good bus service to london heathrow terminal 2. its proximity to the terminal is beneficial, especially for early flights, the location was convenient! though the parking was expensive.

food options relaxed bar clear signs tea provision
The bar area provided a nice, relaxed space with good food options. The hotel's proximity to the airport carpark made it VERY convenient.
The provision of tea and coffee was miserly , with only two sweeteners and two sachets of milk for a double room. Leaving the room , i found it difficult to locate the stairs or lift as there were no clear information signs.
