Convenient and Comfortable Airport Stay
quick check-in great room size helpful staff good value
Check-in was quick. The room had a great size and comfortable decor. The staff was friendly and helpful (a real plus after a long journey). Restaurant choices offered good value, especially considering its location near the airport.
I noticed the doors in the breakfast area stayed open too long when people entered. It was a bit chilly halfway through my meal.

I enjoyed the early breakfast option, a great convenience for early flights. The new vending machines at reception provided very useful snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The hotel is within a short five minute walk from the airport terminal. It is a clean and quiet location, thus providing easy access to the terminal. The location is excellent for early morning departures or late night arrivals.

The staff was accommodating. I had arrived before normal check-in times. Staff looked after my cases. I find the staff at check-in fantastic. They showed great hospitality.

cheap bacon poor lighting
The breakfast was a letdown. the bacon seemed cheap and the yogurt was too sugary. the room lighting was also poor. It needed a central light. a shaving mirror would have been nice too.

the staff were very helpful and friendly. my room was spacious and clean. the hotel facilities were good overall , too.
the food wasn't great , the portions were small. the food seemed microwaved. the ordering system felt impersonal.

Convenient Location with Cute Staff

This was my first visit. The staff members were really friendly. Christina greeted me warmly. The bathroom had good facilities. I appreciated the comfortable bed. The room was very clean, a big plus.
I noticed just a small thing, the heating seemed nationally controlled, so I couldn't adjust it individually.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the airport arrival area. I was able to quickly reach the terminal. Buses to Bristol and Bath are also easily accessible for excursions, which I found very useful.
