This was my first visit. The staff members were really friendly. Christina greeted me warmly. The bathroom had good facilities. I appreciated the comfortable bed. The room was very clean, a big plus.
I noticed just a small thing, the heating seemed nationally controlled, so I couldn't adjust it individually.

The rooms include super comfy beds ensuring a restful night. There is a good selection of pillows. The new room was very clean and well kept. I found it easy to relax.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport terminal. A quick pedestrian route provides easy access. This makes early morning departures significantly less stressful. I really appreciated the proximity.

I opted for the continental breakfast and found it very acceptable. A hot breakfast is available departing early. The food choice was good and gluten-free options were also available. It was all I needed.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the airport arrival area. I was able to quickly reach the terminal. Buses to Bristol and Bath are also easily accessible for excursions, which I found very useful.
