Wonderful Airport Stay!
quick check-in great food clear signs modern room
Check-in was QUICK. The Garden Restaurant's food tasted great, and the service was good. Getting to the north terminal for my early flight was easy. The monorail signs were clear once I reached the south terminal. I found the room to be modern and clean.
I noticed that the windows looking into the central hall are not well insulated though, so there was constant noise.

The fitness center contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so it's easy to get a workout. The pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded area. Plenty of space for relaxation. I found everything well-kept.

a stay with some minor issues
bad signage long queue
the room seemed clean enough. it was a decent size and had what i needed for the night.
I found the signage from the train station quite bad. i walked around departures a few times before someone pointed out the small sign. then i had to cross the road and walk along the edge of the car parks to get a lift. the check-in line was also long. I stood there for 15 minutes.

low water pressure small bathroom
I encountered a few problems. The bathroom was quite small. The over-bath shower was not suitable for a tall person. The highest setting was too low and the water pressure was poor. I found this inconvenient.

The room was far from perfect. the air conditioning did not work right so the room was hot. staff was unhelpful. They just told me to reset it. i had trouble sleeping because of that heat.

efficient reception really good service good snacks
The reception staff was efficient, providing fast check-in alongside digital notifications. The Executive Lounge offered really good service from Rizla who was attentive and kind. Drinks and snacks in the lounge were of a good standard after my journey.
I found only instant coffee in the room. It felt quite basic given the cost.
