convenient location clean room friendly staff
the location was perfect for visiting the nec, it made everything so easy! the room was clean and had everything i needed for my short stay. the staff were also very friendly and helpful with directions and local information.
the walk from the train station involved going through an industrial area.

warm welcome ideal location convenient parking comfortable room
the staff offered a warm welcome. i found the location ideal because of a short walk to the nec. parking was convenient and i appreciated lots of available spaces. the room offered what i needed, ensuring i got rested for my early flight.
i thought the customer service could have been better. i felt no one was rude but not overly friendly either.

the hotel staff was very friendly. they were professional and helpful . the location was really convenient, a quick walk to the nec. the breakfast tasted good and had many options.
the climate control in my room did not seem to work properly. it seemed stuck on one temperature. also, i noticed an intermittent beeping sound from outside, it was a bit disruptive day and night. the hotel lacked a mini fridge, i would have liked to store some drinks.

amazing proximity food selection clean room
The hotel's proximity to the nec was amazing. i walked there in just a few minutes. the breakfast included a very good selection of food and drinks! the room was clean. All the staff were nice and polite.
i found that the parking fee was unexpected. this additional cost was a bit of a surprise!
