friendly staff clean room warm air faulty thermostat
i found the staff friendly and cute. the room was clean, and it was comfortable. i liked the atmosphere.
My room was like a sauna. I called down to report it. i was told to check the thermostat, and it was set correctly. they sent a fan up, but it basically blew warm air around the room.

The staff was helpful from the beginning. Our rooms were well appointed and clean. I appreciated the atmosphere in the lounge and bar. The dining areas were airy and tables well spaced.

runway romance, a dreamy escape!
efficient check-in super clean room runway view
the check-in was quick and efficient, easy after our journey. our room, a superior room runway view, was super clean. i especially loved that our window offered a fine view of the runway, perfect for watching the planes take off. the bed was heavenly, and the shower had a powerful, revitalizing spray!
the hotel car park felt quite full, and i noticed some cars parked on footpaths. navigating around some corners was difficult, and it caused some inconvenience, especially when finding a space.

spacious room soft bed good lighting foul smell small spots unbearable smell
the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. the bed was huge and so soft. good lighting made getting ready easy. the swimming pool didn't disappoint!!!
the steam room had a foul smell. i noticed small spots around my whole body after using the spa facilities. the sauna was not hot at all and i found the steam room smell unbearable.
