Upon arriving at the hotel at the specified time, I found the room to be shabby and smelling terrible. Unfortunately, it wasn't as brilliant as expected with dustiness, hairs in the bathroom, slow dinner service, and a forgotten kids menu. On the bright side, the staff were doing cocktails and were somewhat friendly. The checkout was quick, and the shuttle to the airport terminal was very efficient. The courtesy bus was also a highlight of the service. The location was good for our needs near the airport, and the transport to and from the terminal was convenient. The dining experience was okay overall, with a decent selection but an extra charge per person. The world-famous seasoned fries were a nice touch.
