The hotel has a convenient location, very close to the airport. The rooms were okay but a bit overpriced. I found some dirty marks on the sheets, which was disappointing. The staff, especially Janet and Marco, were really helpful and accommodating. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, and the facilities were average.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with great staff in the club room. The rooms are always a good option, but they are looking very tired and in serious need of a refurbishment, not up to CP standards. Everything was spotlessly clean and all amenities were as described on the website.
