the staff provided detailed instructions regarding the shuttle. the shuttle picked me up promptly from the airport. i found the included breakfast wonderful. my room overlooked the serene pool and garden creating a tranquil atmosphere.

I totally enjoyed my time here. The balcony in my room gave me a beautiful outdoor space. The grounds and pool looked so lovely. I enjoyed the excellent shuttle service that runs to the airport.

The hotel's shuttle service to the airport was SO helpful. It saved me time. The grounds were beautiful, I especially enjoyed the olive trees. The complimentary breakfast offered various options, and the quality was really good.
The restaurant was fully booked due to private events upon my arrival. Finding an alternative dining option nearby became difficult at that time. I would have appreciated more communication about this in advance.

poor soundproofing late night noise
I found the soundproofing inadequate. I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms. This was especially bothersome since I had an early morning flight. My neighbors were loud until 2 AM and no one intervened. I managed only two hours of sleep because of this noise.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety. The grounds are beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the restaurant area. Check-in and check-out were quick. The shuttle service worked flawlessly.
The room lacked ironing facilities, and I needed to carry clothes to a separate ironing room.

small elevator terrible service
The elevator was too small! it took forever to get to my floor. also, some staff made mistakes and weren't very helpful, especially one waitress named rita. Her service was terrible. such A shame!

The hotel was very clean. our room included a balcony with a pool view, and i recommend it. the restaurant provided good food and drinks. Plenty of outdoor space existed to have meals.
i found fewer amenities in the room than i expected for a 4-star hotel. the hotel only provided a body wash and shampoo combo. they did not offer coffee or tea, and there was only one water bottle.
