dedicated staff clean pool superb service free shuttle
the staff were really dedicated, ensuring everyone felt welcome. i particularly enjoyed the very clean pool, perfect for a refreshing dip (i needed that!). the bar offered superb service and the food was great. the free shuttle made going to the airport easy.
the signage for the parking garage was a bit confusing.

The hotel features a useful twenty-four hour shuttle to the airport. the restaurant includes a convenient outdoor patio. the rooms were attractive and updated. I liked this. fresh coffee was available early. It was a nice small touch.
The hotel staff could do with being more receptive. i felt this impacted negatively on my stay. i wish they had been more receptive.

The gym had sufficient equipment for a simple workout. There were several machines. the hotel features a twenty-four-hour free shuttle to the airport. It takes only minutes. there is an outdoor pool available to guests.

underwhelming experience
small room broken air conditioning
the airport shuttle was available it was a relief after a long flight.
the room i got was pretty small it barely fit the promised amenities i expected more space. also the air conditioning barely worked the room was uncomfortably warm throughout the night. finally there was significant noise i could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms making it hard to sleep

comfy bed shuttle bus dinner price
The room had five pillows and a big comfy bed. Everything was really clean and the shower worked well! I appreciated the free shuttle bus to and from the airport, it was very convenient. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs had surprisingly reasonable prices. The food was good. I thought the breakfast offered a lot of options.
The air conditioning was hard to manage and I never figured it out!

i had an executive king room and it was fairly spacious. the room included soft drinks and water, a nice touch. the breakfast spread was AMAZING!!! so many choices and fresh made omelettes were available.
the doors slam very loudly and they woke me up all night long.

The hotel is modern and clean. I had a spacious executive king room. The room had soft drinks and water included. Breakfast was awesome with many fresh choices. The shuttle to terminal 1 was easy, and the driver was friendly.
There was no coffee in the room, only a small selection of teas. i would like to see coffee added to the room's amenities.

I really appreciated the modern design of the hotel. Proximity to public transport was very useful, a bus stop was one minute away and the metro rail ten minutes away. The free shuttle to the airport was on time, it provided a great help.
The front desk was disorganized. We had to wait in multiple lines and the staff seemed unprepared.
