bloodstain sheet unpleasant insect
the free airport shuttle met my basic needs for getting to my flight it was functional enough
i found a bloodstain on the bed sheet and also an insect i'm no biologist but that's not usually a good sign the whole experience felt rather unhygienic and unsettling the price certainly did not match the quality

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport
reliable shuttle attentive staff spacious room
The free shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and reliable! The staff was very attentive to our needs at the reception. My room was spacious and clean, with a coffee machine that came with a delicious welcome coffee. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet, it had a great selection!
The paper cups for coffee in the room are a bit small, honestly!

ineffective climate control road noise
The free airport shuttle met my needs.
The receptionist seemed annoyed when I asked for an extra towel , and claimed they were short staffed. The room's climate control was totally ineffective . I could not adjust the temperature no matter what I tried , and the room felt stuffy all night. Finally , the noise from the nearby road was noticeable , and it disrupted my sleep.

a sweet respite near the airport
helpful amenities espresso machine dark chocolate
the room was spacious with special amenities helpful for travelers, i noticed a toothbrush and shaving kit. an espresso machine in the room served as my morning pick me up! dark chocolate on the nightstands was an extra nice touch.
The receptionist on duty during the night seemed a bit rude. I requested a sewing kit, but there was no follow-up or delivery, i eventually found it myself.

the staff provided complimentary transportation to the airport, a very welcome service. when i needed help getting a taxi into town, they arranged it swiftly, and i felt well-cared for throughout my visit. everything went smoothly.

airport shuttle metro station
The complimentary airport shuttle made my travel seamless! The service was quick. The location near the metro station was fantastic for quick trips into the city center. The front desk team helped quickly with the airport shuttle.
I found that the bathroom lacked sound insulation, slightly inconvenient! It felt a bit disruptive .

i found assistance with morning shuttle arrangements really helpful at reception. the complimentary shuttle ride to the airport took only ten minutes. the location near the airport made the early flight much easier. the hotel provides free and easy access to airport.
paper cups were the only option for coffee in the room.
