early breakfast covered walkway
I appreciated the very early breakfast. It worked perfectly with my 10 am flight. The covered walkway offered convenient access to the terminals.
I had to wait almost one hour to check in because my room was not quite ready. This happened despite arriving at 9:15 pm.

I found the proximity to the terminals convenient. It was only a short walk. the breakfast offered many options. I appreciated the variety. the staff was very helpful and friendly. This added to a very pleasant experience. i liked that the room was surprisingly quiet.
The room size could be improved. It felt a little small. i wished for a more spacious room.

The hotel is connected to Terminals 1 and 3 via a tunnel. This made access to the terminals quick. The walk took less than ten minutes. A varied dinner menu was available, though it was somewhat limited. The rooms were clean and spacious which I appreciated.
I noticed the air conditioning made some rattling noises.

The restaurant staff provided excellent service. Susan, Domenico, and enzo were on duty and very helpful. The food was commendable. I was impressed when offered a complementary ride to the airport at checkout.

i really appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport.. it's connected via a walkway. this made it so easy to catch my early morning flight. the staff was also friendly and helpful..
the room felt a bit worn.. i noticed wear on the carpets and furniture. also, the cost of the room was pretty high for what it was..

I really like that the hotel is directly connected to the airport. This made getting to my early flight so much easier. The room has a comfortable bed and a good desk area. I found the gym well-equipped for a basic workout.
I dislike that I find the decor a little dated. The hallways show wear and tear. Elevators are often slow during peak times.
