The free shuttle service was quite prompt. It made getting to the airport easy. My room included complimentary bottles of water, a nice touch. I found the shuttle to be readily available at 4:30 in the morning. This made my early flight much less stressful.

The shuttle to the airport was very nice! it was very near to the airport. Just perfect for a rest day after a long flight. the room was very spacious and clean. It had an electric coffee maker with tea and coffee. they left two bottles of water in the mini fridge daily. i appreciate it.
The bar manager could have been friendlier before turning away. the cold welcome was a bit off-putting. the tacos i ordered were stone cold. This was disappointing considering i was warned about the hot plate.

The airport shuttle was very quick and reliable, running frequently. Reception staff were helpful providing information. I liked that Geneva Tourism provided a travel document issued at the hotel. We used it to visit the city.
The parking fee seemed high. At thirty euros per night, it was a significant cost.

The front desk staff was very efficient and polite. They provided quick assistance with directions and local transportation options. The complimentary airport shuttle service was prompt and very easy to access from the terminal building. The staff were very accommodating.

The hotel is close to the airport and there is a bus stop not far from the entrance. This allows easy access to the city center. The free shuttle service is helpful! especially for early morning flights. This hotel is conveniently placed.

The hotel is super close to the airport, a real plus! I loved the free shuttle service-it made getting to the terminal so easy. The reception staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, too. The Double Room was well-equipped.
