I found the restaurant had many meal choices with reasonable prices. i was able to sit on the terrasse near the pool. the gym was also well-equipped. It had everything i needed for a good workout.
the music was quite loud late into the night, disturbing my sleep. i found the announcements on the microphone constant. it was not really suitable for rest before my flight, i didn't get enough of it.

The hotel offers a convenient airport shuttle. The shuttle drivers were punctual and helpful with luggage. The restaurant staff, particularly Joy Nyawira, provided awesome service during my meals. I enjoyed the quality and healthy food options available.
The hotel did not have soap next to the sink. Instead, I had to reach into the shower room to get shower gel.

I travel quite a bit, so i have a good grasp of quality. The room included premium slippers and robes. They thought of everything, including a shaving kit and toothbrushes. The free airport shuttle picked me up as soon as I landed. It made everything smooth.
I noticed that the room was slightly smaller than i expected given the price.

The staff displayed amazing dedication. Whitney pamba stood out. dining was excellent. Breakfast featured fresh items and delicious variety. i highly recommend it for world-class hospitality. the breakfast was perfection, and was awesome.
the hotel is a bit outside the airport area. it is still very adjacent to the airport though.
