Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I really enjoyed the breakfast food. It was great! The front desk staff, especially Kathleen, were lovely. The concierge staff, including Anand, also provided great service. I appreciated their attentiveness and quick assistance .

The rooms felt small. I noticed there was not enough room to keep suitcases and other items. I would have liked more space for my belongings .

the location near the airport was acceptable, offering taxi services to various destinations.

i found the customer service quite slow when seeking answers. online check-in was unavailable, and the process took about 45 minutes since only one staff member seemed actively working. the room was large, yet it felt a bit dated with a dusty smell, maybe from the air conditioning (it definitely wasn't fresh air). a hairdryer was missing despite the room having a washing machine and iron.
