I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and the water pressure was great. However, the service could be improved with softer pillows as an option. The rooms were well-designed and clean, offering a welcoming space, but there were issues with the AC and lamps that were never fixed. Unfortunately, my first room smelled like someone had smoked in it, making it unbearable to stay, and I had to switch rooms immediately.
