The staff helped me a lot and were very polite. i found the discounted parking rate of £12.50 for 24 hours useful, using a voucher from the hotel. the rooms were clean. They were also tidy and spacious. i liked that the room had air conditioning.

the walls felt thin, allowing me to hear my neighbours. this became annoying, especially since i was tired from jet lag.
