The staff were friendly and helpful . My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! I appreciated the wide selection at breakfast.

The staff helped me a lot and were very polite. i found the discounted parking rate of £12.50 for 24 hours useful, using a voucher from the hotel. the rooms were clean. They were also tidy and spacious. i liked that the room had air conditioning.

the walls felt thin, allowing me to hear my neighbours. this became annoying, especially since i was tired from jet lag.

bad painting insufficient light

the breakfast offered many options and was of acceptable quality.

i was quite disappointed with the room's condition. the painting was rushed and sloppy. additionally, the curtains failed to block out sufficient light, worsened by the bright entrance area illumination outside the window. the lack of biscuits with the tea and coffee was also noted.

I was not happy that my room wasn't properly cleaned one day. No fresh coffee, milk, or clean cups were provided, and glasses were left uncleaned. when I ordered dinner one evening, it never arrived, because the order didn't go through. I found this particularly annoying since I had a scheduled appointment.
