the staff were amazing zoe bev karen dominic and sophie were all lovely and really helpful i appreciated that the breakfast was great with a good choice all seemed spotlessly clean

the stay was cancelled by them the day before our stay so i had to fight to get a refund

My check-in process was seamless. The staff managed everything quickly. The room had modern design and useful amenities. Dinner at the restaurant included tasty options. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. I also found parking spaces available. This made coming and going simple.

I noticed that soundproofing was not effective. Street noise was audible late at night.

faulty window sleep disturbance

the breakfast was acceptable for my needs. it included a reasonable selection of items.

my room had a window that did not fully close. this caused a disturbance at night. i experienced difficulty sleeping.

i found the breakfast to be one of the best. i travel around the country often. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the location is ideal with just a short walk to the tram stop.

the tv would not work and was not replaced or repaired.
