The bathroom was lovely and clean.

convenient location spacious room breakfast buffet friendly staff
The location was super convenient for accessing the airport via the dart! my room was clean and quite spacious. It had everything i needed for a short stay. the breakfast buffet was a great start to my day. The variety of food options was a plus. also, the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly .
the car parking fee of £12 felt a little steep for a short stay.

The hotel provided easy access to the airport and the train station, simplifying travel arrangements. The dart connection was very close. the availability of car parking at an additional cost added convenience with vehicles. The safe was also great.

My queen room included an immaculate bathroom with enough towels and toiletries. An iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer were also provided! the room was very modern and clean. It was super clean!!!

reasonable stay near transport links
bagged breakfast early departure rail link short walk digital key non-functional system air conditioning known issue
the hotel provided a bagged breakfast leaving early. the dart rail link is just a short walk from the hotel. check-in staff were friendly as well.
the digital key system was not working . this issue was not communicated beforehand. there was a known issue with the air conditioning system in one room.

The location offers easy access to London via the train station. The breakfast was very nice (I especially liked the variety of options available).
The digital key system didn't work. This was not communicated to me. I was told there was a known 'issue' with the air conditioning system after I got to my first room.

unpleasant receptionist non-functioning heating
The room was acceptable. It contained an ironing board and an iron.
I found several issues. The receptionist was not pleasant upon check-in. I also discovered the heating did not work in the room I occupied. This seems to be a recurring problem..

train shuttle convenient location quiet room super clean bathroom
The hotel is conveniently located near the train shuttle for quick access to the airport. The hotel's proximity to the train station simplifies travel (the 4-minute ride costs £9.80 for a return). The room was surprisingly quiet, despite the closeness to both the train station and airport. The bathroom was super clean and well-kept.
I noticed a slight delay at check-in due to a busy period, but the staff quickly resolved it.

The staff were helpful in providing a breakfast bag when I had to leave before 6 a.m. The reception staff was very professional and smiling, thus providing a feeling of care for the guest. Another staff member contacted me soon after arrival to ensure that everything was okay.

unpleasant receptionist poor impression
The room was warm and the location worked well for getting to the dart into the airport.
The receptionist seemed UNhappy when I checked in. They were not very pleasant. The experience did not feel cute. I think more attention to guest relations at reception is needed to improve the first impression.
