the complimentary toiletries AVAILABLE were lovely.
the restaurant HAS slow service. paper table SETS were used, but the table wasn't wiped. food was not special BUT pricey.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
friendly demeanor clean room convenient shuttle
The staff demonstrated friendly and helpful demeanor consistently. My room was meticulously clean and well-kept. I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the airport. Violeta's offer of a hot breakfast meal from the restaurant was greatly appreciated.
The basin in my room had some drainage issues. Overall it was a minor inconvenience. I trust this will be addressed to maintain the high standards of the hotel.

The staff was professional and helpful, even taking bags to my room and checking that I had everything I needed. While waiting for the airport bus, I was offered a drink. It was a thoughtful touch.

Access to Terminal 5 is very easy via the 350 bus. It is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The bus cost is only £1.75. It provided a cost-effective and simple transport solution.

clean room comfortable bed
the complimentary drink was appreciated the room was very clean. the bed was comfortable it included a range of pillows to suit.
the bar was small with limited seating and parking incurred a charge despite the overnight stay.

a charmed heathrow stay
lovely perk hot food cooked breakfast
the club room access was a lovely perk it included tea coffee and soft drinks throughout the day they had pretzel nibbles too the evening wine and beer service was nice with hot food options such as tortilla chips bbq chicken and continental meats the cooked breakfast offered a lot of choice and everything was nicely cooked
the club lounge did have slatted wood walls and curtains so i could hear the hotel happenings a christmas party in the bar was audible

check-in was smooth with a friendly receptionist that was very efficient the restaurant felt very modern and it was aesthetically pleasing with well spaced tables the staff was very friendly overall offering a helpful experience. i could obtain water there too
