Convenient and Comfortable Stay
excellent location attentive staff
I found the location excellent, it was very fast to get to from terminal 5. dinner and breakfast were both very good. The service was quick, and the food tasted fresh. the staff seemed attentive..
the shop had expensive prices, it was a bit much. i noticed a lack of draft beer in the bar, a slight disappointment. it would be nice to see a better selection next time.

comfortable beds secure safe coffee maker ironing board
This hotel offers very easy access to Terminal 5 using the Pod rail system. Purchasing tickets from reception was easy. The room had comfortable beds, along with a secure safe. A coffee maker and ironing board were provided.
The hotel corridor carpets show wear. Dragging suitcases was a bit cumbersome.

dated decor poor soundproofing
the location was convenient for terminal 5 access using the pod transport system.
I was disappointed to find the room felt quite dated. the decor seemed old and tired, and the furniture showed clear signs of wear and tear. also, the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms..

The room included complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Staff was helpful and the room was clean. It was easy to find and easy to park.
Some parts of the hotel are a BIT shabby. For example, the corridors.

The location suited my needs for an early flight. It was acceptably convenient.
The room felt quite dated, i noticed noticeable wear and tear. The shower head was fixed very high, i could not adjust it easily, it was not user friendly.

the staff were helpful. My room was tidy and clean. The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee, convenient! I found parking easily. I also appreciated the easy access to Terminal 5.
