check-in was slow because of staff shortages at reception. i had to wait a long time after a long journey. a staff member during check in showed a surly attitude. this person seemed not very customer focused.

Wonderful Surprise Near Airport
clean room soft sheets fluffy pillows great breakfast
i found the room very clean, and it featured everything needed to relax. The bedding was AMAZING, with sheets soft as skin and pillows fluffy like a cloud. A NICE lounge EXISTS, although i did not use it. The hotel features a great breakfast also.
The hallways are long and confusing, made finding my room a LITTLE challenging at first.

disorganised reception high bar prices
The room was spacious enough and the breakfast was good.
The reception desk seemed a bit disorganised, and after I posed a simple question, both staff members disappeared into the back office without saying a word (it left me a bit puzzled). The bar prices were steep. Nearly £10 for a glass of wine, then they added a 12.5% service charge. I found that excessive, considering I walked to the bar myself, and had it removed.

smooth check-in comfortable bed excellent service convenient location
Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room included a comfortable bed and was spacious. I had dinner at the steak and lobster restaurant. Christina, my server, was very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is very close to the airport, A definite PLUS for early flights.

The attentiveness of the hotel staff was commendable. The rooms included necessities, such as a coffee maker, a mini-fridge (stocked with water), and ample space to relax before a long journey. The location proved convenient for accessing the airport, ensuring a stress-free departure the following morning.
I noticed that the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

the decor includes a grand staircase and art in the lobby. i observed a waterfall and carp in pools next to artificial cherry trees.
the common areas felt a bit more grand than the room i stayed in.
