the room was very quiet despite being close to the airport. i appreciated the easy walk directly into departures , especially considering my early flight.
the showers have a slippery floor , posing a potential hazard. i also found the food menu to be somewhat limited with few options available.

The location is PERFECT for early flights, being directly connected to the terminal. The included breakfast was convenient with a variety of hot and cold options. I appreciated the well-kept, clean room and the quiet atmosphere.
The gym equipment was somewhat limited. The treadmill screens didn't function properly.

Staff members were VERY attentive and helpful, providing quick assistance with directions. Check-in was fast, and they addressed my questions about transport options with accuracy and a smile.

The location was superb. Stepping off the plane and being at the hotel within minutes seemed like a dream. staff prepared swan towels and chocolates for our anniversary. It was a lovely, unexpected surprise! the complimentary drinks upon arrival made our special occasion even more tender.
the floorboards creaked a bit, but honestly, everything else was so wonderful i barely noticed.

The staff were accommodating when we arrived later than expected. Their kindness shone. joyce, josh, and nelda created a fun, cute atmosphere . Their service was really good.
