convenient parking smart tv friendly staff
Parking access was very good, especially with bus routes that offer transportation to the city centre. The room featured modern design with a smart TV, made evenings relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout at 12 noon also gave me extra time in the morning.
The room could get a bit too warm. Turning off the control panel did not adjust the temperature effectively.

modern room strong pressure shuttle service clean room
i appreciated the room's cleanliness and functionality. the shuttle to terminal 2 took only 15 minutes. the reception team was fantastic and offered a welcome cocktail. i found the shower pressure to be strong and the water very hot.
the deposit has not been refunded yet.

the hotel is close to heathrow airport, the bus ride there took only some minutes. i loved the room's decor and its cleanliness. i found plenty places to unwind and relax in hotel. fedja at reception helped with a gentle smile, so kind.
the absence of a telephone in the room felt slightly impersonal.

The hotel has parking available , and I found it very convenient. I received helpful information about transport options to Heathrow. The staff members were cute and ready to assist with any requests I had. The hotel has a good atmosphere.
The corridors were quite dark , , made navigating at night a bit difficult.

totally fab airport stay!
fast check-in welcome drink in-room coffee
i loved the hotel's overall vibe! the reception guys were super friendly, and check-in went super fast. they even offered a welcome drink, that was unexpected but super sweet. plus, the coffee machine in the room really made my morning.
the room was a bit too hot, but i managed okay.
