I found the breakfast service quite efficient with many staff on hand. The buffet had a very nice selection of fresh food. The taxi service on the ground floor operated impeccably. Manju in the Executive Lounge provided excellent service. She was personable professional and humble.
I noticed that the lighting felt a bit dull throughout the hotel.

the breakfast crew, especially mohan and angel, were very pleasant. They made my mornings nice. ayesha was polite, professional, and very helpful. the rooms were clean. the beds were comfortable.
i found the checkout process a little slow. the staff seemed to prioritise other customers before assisting me despite me waiting.

The bus transfers was available and cost £6:50 each way. Rooms was clean and a good size. I found the beds comfortable and had a good nights sleep.
I stayed for one evening and was disturbed by loud music. The music came from a function at the hotel. The sound proofing are not adequate.
