the elevator situation was genuinely annoying. it was always slow, and i found myself waiting an unreasonable amount of time (almost reminded me of an eternity!). additionally, the room felt a bit dated.

the location made my early flight stress-free. i received a printout detailing how to get to terminal 5 (it could use an update, though!). i found it so easy to reach from the terminal.
i was asked for my room number at the bar and assumed i would pay on departure, but i received a phone call about not signing (i was never asked!).

the hotel's proximity to terminal 3 was perfect for my early flight to france. i really appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel staff. my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. i didn't hear any noise from other rooms.
i was slightly disappointed that there wasn't a wider variety of bread options available for toast at breakfast.

the location was very convenient for my early morning flight (i didn't have to rush). the staff was very helpful and friendly. my room, a family room, was spacious. i also found it very clean.
i was a little disappointed that the room did not have a bathtub, only a shower. also, there were not many amenities in the room (no extra toiletries). the temperature control panel stayed lit all night, which i found a bit distracting.
