The check-in process was FAST. The room had extra pillows. The location is a great one near the airport. I found the staff efficient.

The carpet needed a shampoo.

outdated tv faulty usb sockets

i found some aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. the television in my room was quite outdated. given current technology, i expected a more modern system. the usb sockets in the room were not functional.

dirty table temperature control

The breakfast area was a mess. it was difficult to find a clean table. the staff seemed uninterested in clearing up. the restaurant also ran out of basic items like orange juice. This was really annoying considering the price i paid. i also had trouble with the room's temperature control. It was either too hot or too cold, never just right. i told them, but nothing changed.

The food was good.

The room was old and somewhat damaged with worn furniture. I found black hairs on the bed and throughout the bathroom. This was unpleasant and unhygienic. The bathroom also had mold.

my overnight stay before my early flight was quite smooth. my room was clean and well-prepared. the hotel's proximity to the airport terminal was convenient. i appreciated having a restaurant on site for a quick meal..

i found the signage leading to the hotel entrance to be a little confusing upon arrival.

The staff was helpful and very kind when my rental car broke down. The team assisted my wife with luggage while I sorted out the car return. Dinner in the restaurant was great (I especially liked the steak).

The walk to the airport terminal is difficult for travelers with mobility issues. The hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, inconvenient. A taxi ride is expensive for a short distance.
