Great stopover at Heathrow

The hotel's location in terminal 4 was convenient. I could easily walk to my gate after a restful night. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable (i slept like a baby!).

I found the parking fee of £25 per night somewhat unexpected.

The room featured a spacious layout and the bed was really comfortable with nice amenities. A walk-in shower was clean and provided good water pressure, so i had a great experience. Ample towels were available.

The hotel features a club lounge, that offers complimentary refreshments between 6-8 pm. Guests can use the free train to travel to different terminals. The hotel offers easy access to terminal 4.

The location connects well to terminal 4. a walkway makes commuting to the airport quick. i was impressed by the quietness. I heard no planes. inside is beautiful but i wished for a courtyard, but it is a great stay.

I booked a king, but got a room with two twins. the beds seemed short and the linens not fit. i arrived late and left early. The bathroom lacked wash cloths.

a decent stay

comfortable bed easy-to-operate aircon stained carpet dirty cups

the room had a very good size. facilities in it were good. i found the bed comfortable and the air conditioning easy to operate.

the carpet in my room had many stains. some cups had residue. i was unable to have a cup of tea because of this. some taps had residue, so i cleaned them.
