Excellent Stay Near Heathrow

friendly staff clean room convenient access

I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was clean and well-kept. I especially appreciated the convenient access to the restaurant and bar. I had a good dinner. The gym has 3 treadmills and a selection of free weights.

The parking fee felt a little high for such a short stay (it was £25).

The breakfast team was very attentive, and they provided a warm welcome each morning. I found the front desk staff very helpful. I needed assistance with printing a boarding pass, and they were able to quickly help me.

airport shuttle high taxi fare

the room was clean. there were great transport links to and from the airport, so i didn't worry about transport.

I was shocked there wasn't a shuttle to the airport. I have never stayed in an airport hotel that doesn't provide this service. taxis wouldn't come to the hotel via gett for some reason. I had to pay nearly $40 for an uber to drive me the short distance to the airport. i will probably stay elsewhere next time.

fresh option beautiful presentation supportive service

The breakfast buffet offered fresh options and beautiful presentation. i found the service from shaun at the gym excellent. He was very supportive. the hotel was quiet despite its proximity to the airport.

The pillows were too soft. It did not suit my personal taste.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

nice restaurant coffee bar leisure centre friendly staff

This hotel was great for closeness to Heathrow for my early departure. I found a nice restaurant and a coffee bar right in the lobby. I enjoyed the leisure centre . Breakfast was generous, and the staff were friendly throughout the hotel.

I didn't appreciate that no one helped with my bags when I arrived. I struggled because I have an injured hip and had to use a trolley.

My room was spacious and very clean, so I liked it. The room was also recently refurbished and the shower had good pressure. The room included nice shower accessories.

The hotel is relatively close to Terminal 3 and other airport terminals. Shuttle transport is reliable, so I was glad. The hotel location is good for motorway access, too.

The club room food was excellent, I liked it so much! Carluccio's is inside the hotel and also excellent, so I ate there. The grab and go station was very convenient for quick snacks.
