The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway (very convenient!). Breakfast was included and offered many options. The double glazed windows ensured my room was quiet. I found it easy to access the Elizabeth line for transport into London.

The air conditioning in my room was not working adequately. It resulted in a warmer temperature than I prefer. I needed to call for a fan.
