Convenient T4 Access and Great Breakfast
covered walkway breakfast option glazed window
The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway (very convenient!). Breakfast was included and offered many options. The double glazed windows ensured my room was quiet. I found it easy to access the Elizabeth line for transport into London.
The air conditioning in my room was not working adequately. It resulted in a warmer temperature than I prefer. I needed to call for a fan.

The access to terminal 4 IS so easy via the link bridge. Breakfast was included in the room rate. It offered a good buffet selection. The staff welcomed me warmly at breakfast. The service was prompt.
The room lacked a refrigerator. This limited my options for storing personal snacks.

the location was very convenient to terminal 4. access to the elizabeth line was easy. i appreciated the included breakfast buffet, its basic but adequate. the room was also quiet because of double glazed windows.
the hotel didn't have slippers in the room.
