i found the hotel very convenient because of its proximity to the airport the room was clean and the restaurant offered good food i appreciated having a microwave available in the lobby for heating meals i bought at the airport the hotel also provided travel necessities for purchase
i noticed a charge for car parking this felt a bit unexpected

clogged sinkchaotic buffet
i checked in and the room seemed fine, but i soon found a problem. the bathroom sink was COMPLETELY clogged. i called the front desk, but no one answered for ages. Eventually, someone came, but they just shrugged and said maintenance was gone for the day. the next morning, the breakfast buffet was chaotic. trays were empty, and finding a clean table felt impossible. STAFF seemed overwhelmed and barely acknowledged requests.

the king room was very clean with great facilities. a huge comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. breakfast was spot on with a good selection. the staff were helpful.
I found it hard to find the hotel from the airport. there was no clear signage to direct pedestrians. this caused some initial confusion and added extra time to my arrival. Better directions are definitely needed.
