The staff was especially helpful. Himani at the front desk assisted with early check-in after my flight arrived ahead of schedule. she offered complimentary drinks and stored my baggage. soumya ensured a quick check-in later that evening and the breakfast buffet provided a good variety (i really liked the vegetarian options!).

the air conditioning in the room did not go below 16c, so the room felt a bit warm. (i'm usually cold!).

friendly staff quiet room special detail

The staff were friendly and tried to help with anything. I enjoyed the room location away from main areas because it was quiet. Every detail enhanced my stay. I felt welcomed.

I found a shortage of various types of liquors. I desired more variety of food as well. I would also appreciate cashews in the lounge to be available.

walk-in shower kind staff cute staff

The room i stayed in had an accessible walk-in shower. It was a standard double room disability access. i found the staff very kind, especially in the breakfast area. puvana and paul were very cute and met my needs .

the hotel was heated by an air conditioning unit! it was too noisy to be left on while i slept.
