Lois at the concierge desk impressed me with her excellent service. She was very personable and were really nice too assist me with all my needs. The food and drink options available were of a higher standard than typical hotel offerings. The pool area was beautiful, and I found it easily accessible to nearby stores.
I experienced a slight inconvenience with valet parking as I needed to call them to come to me when I arrived.

The hotel gym features advanced strength training equipment including a smith machine. I noticed the pool area had ample seating with twenty loungers available. A convenient airport shuttle service operates regularly .

the concierge lounge was a significant disappointment. it lacked standard offerings such as chips and nuts. i expected more from a marriott lounge, especially after using a large amount of points.

The room was very clean. It had a good size. I also appreciated the shuttle to the airport, it was prompt and convenient. I used the fitness center. It had sufficient equipment for a good workout.

I found the shuttle service quite convenient. The staff was really good. They were both friendly and helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a great spot to relax. Shubham was such a fabulous server. He really took care of our table with refreshing enthusiasm.
The absence of a grab bar in the shower was surprising. It would add a safety element.

The pool area is well kept with ample seating. The gym features several treadmills and stationary bikes! The lakeside walking path provides a serene escape with great views. These aspects significantly .

The complimentary shuttle service to both the airport and train station was prompt. Front desk personnel were helpful and efficient, particularly one employee. The hotel featured a lobby coffee shop, which proved convenient for quick snacks and beverages. I found the outdoor pool area to be very well maintained. Though, I did not use it, it was visually appealing.
The gym offers only the most basic equipment, which could be limiting with extensive fitness routines.

The concierge was particularly helpful in providing directions and information about local attractions! The housekeeping staff maintained a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Requests were addressed promptly, though there was some delay due to high occupancy.
