I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, from Old San Juan to Isla Verde. The rooms were nice and clean, equipped with everything I needed, but they didn't quite match the pictures. The service was exceptional, always pleasant and super helpful. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, especially with cold scrambled eggs, but the amenities and the pool area were top-notch.
