Despite being under the flight path to Miami airport, the hotel was a good size and suitable for the hearing impaired, although the rooms were small. The service was excellent, especially with the friendly and helpful shuttle service to the airport. The location had both positive and negative points, being close to a nice Cuban cafe and the port of Miami, but the area seemed sketchy and messy. The dining experience had ups and downs, with some delicious options but also some disappointing aspects. Overall, a mixed but decent stay.
