I felt right at home in this hotel, cozy and inviting with friendly staff. The only downside was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke that didn't quite fade away. The overall experience was quite nice, but if you're sensitive to smoke, it might not be the best pick for you.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable, probably the best I've experienced. However, having to pay $20 for something that should be free felt outrageous and ridiculous. The service was top-notch, very accommodating and went out of their way to help us even in unexpected situations. The location was convenient for travel, but lacked food and convenience options nearby. The dining experience was a bit pricey and could have offered better options. Overall, a mixed experience with some outstanding aspects and some room for improvement.
