My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were amazing, clean, and comfortable, but I found they were missing the lock handle for the bathroom. Despite this small inconvenience, the extra cleanliness really stood out. The tired aesthetic of the room was a bit of a downside, but overall, it was a great experience.

The service at the hotel was a mixed bag. While some staff members were not knowledgeable about the property, others, like the gentleman at the front desk, were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. They even accommodated an extra child with a cot in the room. I would rate the service as friendly and efficient overall.

The hotel's location was a bit far out from downtown, but very close to IAH airport, making the shuttle service perfect for those traveling by air. The proximity to the airport was convenient, although the distance from downtown was a slight drawback.

However, for someone with dietary restrictions like myself, it was a bit challenging as there wasn't much for a diabetic to choose from. Nonetheless, it was a step up from other hotel dining experiences I've had.
