The hotel is located in a vibrant area close to downtown Campbell and a fantastic ramen restaurant. The rooms provide a great view facing the Indian restaurant, though there may be some noise from the laundry facilities. The service is exceptional under the management of Mariam, who is a legend in her own right. The hotel boasts a cozy bar and dining area, but unfortunately does not offer complimentary breakfast. The facilities are well-maintained, but the dining experience could be improved with better breakfast options.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The pool view from my room was gorgeous, but the room against the wall where the pool gate was attached didn't feel clean. On the bright side, the hotel is pet-friendly.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I found that the location was superb, providing easy access to various shops and the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although there was a slight surprise of a shared room setup. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with the food being delivered on time but lacking complimentary breakfast options. Overall, a mixed bag but a pleasant stay.
